Muse – Sep 9th

I saw Muse last night in concert at the Key Arena.  They put on a great show.  Very cool!  I actually got the tickets free by singing at End-a-roke (1077theend.com) one night about a month ago.  That just made the show even better.  The seats were pretty cool: on the right side, just a little ways back so that you could see the whole stage and we got to sit down the whole time (I know, I know… I’m not so much into standing up the entire time anymore cause I’m getting old; yeah it’s true).  Anyhow, the opening band was the real surprise of the night.  It was Juliette Lewis and her band!  I didn’t even know she had a band, much less a decent enough of one to open for Muse.  The band was actually pretty good and she sang pretty well too, but I don’t know who helped her with her wardrobe or dance moves; those parts were pretty scary.  Aaahhh!
